Raymond Fraser

At age 9, my dad said he was done buying toys

If I wanted toys, I’d have to buy them myself. The following week, I got my 1st job. With hard work and consistency, I’d soon learn all things are possible

My name is Raymond Fraser…

My First Job

At 9yrs old, I approached Joe, the owner of Northeast Produce, and I asked what I could do for a quarter. I was soon put to work bringing in empty boxes and upon completion, I asked what I could do for a $1. Joe’s response was: “What skills do I have?” I then began to explain how I was good sweeper and kept my room clean. From that point, I worked for Joe until I graduated high school at the age of 18. During those 9 years, Joe taught me every facet of the business; from supply chain to customer service.

The University of Richmond

The University of Richmond ranks highly for its undergraduate business program, small classes and academic quality. It was these qualities which lead me their campus to pursue my degree in Finance and Marketing. I chose this degree because I believed marketing would show me how visualize creative ideas while finances would give me a way to approach those ideas from an analytical point of view. service.

Snooze Systems Inc.

While a senior at the University of Richmond, registering for classes was a rather stressful process. For this reason, I was determined to find a way to improve the course availability and registration process for all students. Collaborating with the University as well as fellow students, we were able to create an analytics platform able to predict registration patterns within 84% accuracy.

TreeSleeve

I have always believed businesses can do a great deal to fix climate change. This belief led me to design a recyclable coffee sleeve with the desire to reduce waste and deforestation. In the end, I was able to get over 30 coffee shops in Connecticut and New York involved in our pilot program.

Mohegan Holding Company

Mohegan Holding Company was opening franchises for Jersey Mike’s Subs, Smashburger, Arooga's and Pasta Vista. I was asked to come in and streamline their store opening process from the IT side. Because of the playbook I created, the company increased process clarity and avoided many of the miscommunications which were occurring among all departments.

Notre Dame

Returning to college to obtain my Masters in Business Administration was a direction I knew I had to take in order move to the next step in my career. The road to my masters was hard, but the skills and knowledge I obtained have helped move me closer to reaching my aspirations.

Lime

Because of their unique business model, I knew from the beginning I wanted to be part of Lime in some form or fashion. After working in the field as a Brand Ambassador, I was able to develop a program playbook that helped us obtain over 4,000 local business partnerships not only in the US but all around the world.
